Zetta Pierratou is a specialized, in Civil Law, legal counsel having considerable litigation experience in legal disputes resolution. She has developed an expertise in Contract (Property) Law, in relation to acquisition and sale of real estate properties, construction agreements, sale and lease back agreements, mortgages, real estate auctions, as well as in Inheritance Law. She has also extensive experience in Commercial Law, Corporate (Company) Law, Banking Law and Maritime Law. She has been actively involved in the representation of corporate clients in bankruptcy proceedings.

Zetta holds the Degree in Law from the Democritus University of Thrace. She completed her Masters in Criminilogy (title of the postgraduate studies: “Approaches towards corruption of the economic and organised crime from the Criminology and Penal Aspects”) at the Hellenic Open University, focusing, mainly, on the penal attitude against corruption and economic crime, social control and penal suppression and contemporary forms of organised crime in Greece.  She practices before the Supreme Court and she is a Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1995.

 Zetta is also an experienced – certified by the Greek Ministry of Justice –  Μediator, having acted as such in numerous cases and, after the successful participation in the exams of July 2018 organized by the Athens Bar Association, in cooperation with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, performs the duties of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance with GDPR.
